Uplift has donated and installed 2 smart boards at the Masjid Al Iman and Union Baptist Church, which are its partners in College Path Mentorship Program and STEAM Academies. Smart boards make it easier for teachers to include remote students via videoconference technology. Using smart technology in the classroom can help raise test scores, improve student learning, enhance literacy, boost attentiveness, and increase comprehension, to name a few. Uplift is soon starting free Math & Python Coding classes for low-income students at these partner locations.
