On April 6th, 2024, guest speaker Selim Bayam, a current Information Technology student at Rutgers University, visited the College Path Mentorship mentees at Seminary Baptist Church in Paterson. He emphasized the importance of ‘having responsibilities and managing our time’ as the second guest speaker.
Taking on responsibilities and managing our time efficiently are crucial skills for success. When we embrace our duties, whether academic, professional, or personal, we become more organized and proactive in reaching our objectives. Effective time management enables us to allocate our resources wisely, ensuring that we dedicate ample time to our priorities. By prioritizing tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and staying focused, we can accomplish more while maintaining balance in our lives.
