UPLIFT Academy’s College and Career Mentorship program extends our academic pipeline by supporting college students as they navigate the path from campus to career. Launched with a kickoff meeting at Rutgers University in January 2025, the program connects students with dedicated mentors who provide academic guidance, career coaching, and personal development support.
Through a structured framework, the program helps students:
