CPM Orientation Meetings Across Partner Locations: A Strong Start for the New Year
UPLIFT Academy successfully conducted orientation meetings for our College Path Mentorship (CPM) program at four partner locations:
- Seminary Baptist Church, Paterson: October 5, 10:30 AM
- Masjid Abu Bakr, Paterson: October 5, 7:30 PM
- Masjid Fallahee, Newark: October 13, 4:00 PM (for Fallahee and Alaaka communities)
During these sessions, UPLIFT SAT Coordinator, Mr. Vedat Veziroglu, delivered an insightful presentation on the CPM program, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of students and parents. He underscored the importance of mutual commitment and collaboration for the success of our mentees.
To solidify their dedication, both students and parents signed contracts at the end of each session, marking a unified start to the program year.
