UPLIFT Academy proudly launched its College and Career Mentorship program with a kickoff meeting at Rutgers University on January 26, 2025. This new initiative extends our academic pipeline by supporting college students—many of them graduates of our College Path Mentorship program—as they navigate the transition from campus to career.
Through personalized mentor-mentee matching, students are connected with professionals and academics who guide academic growth, career exploration, and personal development. The program empowers participants to make the most of their college experience while preparing for future success beyond graduation.
By fostering meaningful mentorship relationships and building bridges to professional opportunities, the College and Career Mentorship program continues UPLIFT Academy’s mission to educate, inspire, and empower underserved students on their journey to lifelong achievement.
