UPLIFT Academy launched the Somerset Math Enrichment Program on February 1, 2026, in partnership with Central Jersey Community Center (CJCC), providing students in grades 8–12 with additional academic support in mathematics. The program began with 12 students, who were divided into three groups to create a more focused learning environment and provide instruction better suited to their academic needs.
Students meet every Sunday at CJCC for three hours of math instruction, and the program will continue through mid-June. Through consistent participation and practice, students strengthen their mathematical foundations, improve problem-solving skills, and build greater confidence in their abilities. The Somerset Math Enrichment Program also reflects UPLIFT Academy’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities across New Jersey.
