In June 2026, UPLIFT Academy organized a series of Eid al-Adha Meat Distributions as part of the community service component of its College Path Mentorship (CPM) program. The meat was provided by Embrace Relief Foundation, which collects Qurbani donations and distributes the meat to families in need during Eid al-Adha.
The distributions took place on different dates throughout June at UPLIFT Academy’s partner locations, including Alaaka Association, Seminary Baptist Church, and Masjid Fallahee. CPM students participated in the distribution efforts, helping serve families in their communities while gaining hands-on community service experience.
The initiative gave students an opportunity to practice empathy, responsibility, and service while supporting families during an important time of the year. It also reflected UPLIFT Academy’s broader commitment to combining academic preparation with character development and community engagement.
Through partnerships with organizations such as Embrace Relief Foundation and local community partners, UPLIFT continues to create opportunities for students to give back while strengthening the communities they are part of.
