In March 2026, UPLIFT Academy organized a Ramadan Food Package Distribution as part of the community service component of its College Path Mentorship (CPM) Program. Sponsored by Embrace Relief Foundation, food packages were distributed to families through UPLIFT’s partner locations, including Alaaka Association, Seminary Baptist Church, and Masjid Fallahee.
The initiative gave CPM students an opportunity to take part in meaningful community service while supporting families during Ramadan. By participating in service projects like this, students develop a stronger sense of responsibility, empathy, and connection to the communities they are part of.
The Ramadan Food Package Distribution also reflects UPLIFT Academy’s broader commitment to combining academic preparation with character development and community engagement. Through its College Path Mentorship program, UPLIFT encourages students not only to prepare for college, but also to become thoughtful and active contributors to their communities.
