UPLIFT Academy’s 2026–27 academic-year programs will begin on Saturday, October 17, bringing expanded academic support to students across three locations in Newark and Paterson.

This year, programs will be offered at the UPLIFT Academy Learning Center in Newark, Seminary Baptist Church in Paterson, and New Birth Church (Iglesia Nuevo Nacimiento) in Paterson.

The College Path Mentorship (CPM) program will operate at all three locations, providing high school students with academic support, SAT preparation, mentorship, college readiness, and guidance throughout the school year.

In addition, UPLIFT Academy’s Math Enrichment Program will be offered at the Newark Learning Center and Seminary Baptist Church. The program is designed to help students strengthen foundational math skills, address learning gaps, and build confidence for future academic success.

With the start of the new program year, UPLIFT Academy looks forward to welcoming returning and new students and continuing to expand educational opportunities through strong instruction, mentorship, and community partnerships.
